At CRAFTD, we stand by the quality of our jewelry and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we offer a 14-day return window for a full refund or exchange on all unworn items.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Items

  Place the jewelry in its original CRAFTD packaging and ensure it is securely sealed in a shipping mailer to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Quality Check & Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return for quality assurance, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
